♥ Inquiries and updates are best done through Discord and Twitter, as I am more active on them! If you cannot reach me elsewhere, please try those first!♥ Payments will be completed through Ko-fi or as a Streamlabs tip! I don't fully trust PayPal, and I do not currently have a VGen, so I apologize for the inconvenience.♥ Full refunds are best done before the sketch is finalized and color begins! If you request one after such, at most only half will be returned based on the completeness of the drawing. Once a comm is finalized and confirmed, a refund will not be eligible.♥ During the sketch phase, you can make any changes to the composition, outfit, etc. Once the sketch is confirmed and the color is started, only small edits, such as color adjustments, can be done.♥ Delivery time is determined piece by piece based on complexity. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may happen.
Deadlines are flexible, With Estimates In Mind:
- Models: Minimum of a month for art or rigging. Minimum of three months for both!
- Drawings: Minimum of a week. Depending on the schedule, it may be completed sooner!
- Emotes: Minimum of a week, the more emotes wanted, the longer the predicted wait.♥ Give me all the references! I want to help make your vision real! The more ideas and references you have, the better I can do to portray them.♥ Please let me know that you have read these TOS when messaging to request a comm. I will direct you here if it is not confirmed in your initial message.♥ I reserve the right to refuse comms for any reason.
